Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of PlutoniumSol Consultations.

1. Any cancellation must be made within two hours of payment.

2. No refund shall be made for incorrect data provided by the customer. However, one can send correct information within two hours of order.

3. Once the report is delivered to the customer no refund shall be made.

4. In case of a double payment made by mistake against a single order, one payment will be refunded.

5. No refund shall be made if any prediction does not come true.

6. In the case of Telephonic Consultation, No refund will be made after the Telephonic session is Over.

7. Answering any query after receiving the Report completely is at the discretion of the Astrologer and no refund will be made if the astrologer does not reply to any query after sending the Report.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for any digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. Customers are held responsible for any errors that may have been made when ordering their product if they do not contact us before work on the order begins. For any corrections, we have the right to charge a fee.

Virtual Meetings

Once an appointment is scheduled, readings and mentoring sessions are non-refundable. Customers will be held responsible for their appointments. Customers can reschedule if there are more than 48 hours left before their scheduled appointment. Failure to reschedule within that time frame will result in a new appointment being scheduled.
